Chick and Hen Baking Company prides itself on serving scratch baked sweets and savories and lite-fare catering for both wholesale and retail customers. All of our products are made from scratch starting with eggs from our very own back-yard chickens, and produce and berries from our pesticide free garden. As a rule, we make every effort to use local, wholesome, farm-fresh ingredients that are always natural and preservative-free for all of our products.
Our customers certainly taste the difference.
Our goal was to create a company that combines our love of mountain living in the Sourthern Adirondacks with a culinary sophistication that pays tribute to the harvest from our land in a delicious way.
We further believe in the idea of supporting our local community, and beyond. We our proud to participate in local seasonal farmer's markets, craft fairs, festivals, country stores, cafes, co-op's and orchards so as to promote a "shop where you live" approach that gives back to the community and economy where we call home.
We are also proud and active members of our
Fulton County Regional Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
